Hi
all…I know, it’s been a long time, but I am back again…at least for a little
bit. We have had an illness in my family and so I have not been around my home
or crafting supplies for the last little while. But enough about me and my
life, I know that you are all here to hear about the challenge going on at
Digistamps4Joy. If you haven’t been to our challenge blog recently, then I
encourage you to head on over and see the fabulous creations that Team A made
for the beginning of our challenge. Now it’s Team B’s turn to Wow you. I know,
you’re thinking “Come on, what’s the theme for this time?”…well I’m getting
there…it has been awhile and I want to enjoy my first posting lol. The theme
this time is “Celebrating Easter”. We want to see how you celebrate Easter. For
me it’s a little bit of religion and Easter Bunny. When my kids were little we
had the Easter Bunny show up, but being raised in a Christian household myself,
my kids always knew that Easter was celebrated because of the death and
resurrection of Jesus….the Easter Bunny was just for fun.
When
I saw the theme for this challenge I was pretty excited because it gave me an
excuse to use an image that I got awhile back and have not been able to use
yet. The image is called Faberge Egg and you can find it here. I wanted to do
something a little different this time…no fancy folds lol. Instead I decided to
use the shape of the image to make my card.
Now
it’s your turn, just make a project that has to do with Easter and enter it in.
