So my first dilema was...what colors should I go with. I didn't want to go with the traditional soft blues or greens...I wanted something that would pop! Then I remembered that I had picked up some Thomas the Tank paper for making a card for them...duh! And it has the most wonderful colors of blues, yellow and red!
And SU had the perfect paper to match the yellow with it's Daffodil Delight! Sorry I don't know who the dp is by...bought it at Bartell's Scrapbooking store. The image was colored with my SU watercolors and I used blue pastels from SU for surrounding my image (I know you can't see it, but it is there lol). The fancy little edge on the pillow case was colored with blue glitter pen. The It's a Boy stamp, by Hero Arts, was stamped with SU More Mustard. The ribbons were from Dollar Giant and so were the little feet eyelets. I raided my dd stash for the sequins and the small pearls were a gift from Theresa.

Love all the fun, bright colors!!! You did a fantastic job coloring that sweet image and I really love the tri-color ribbon and little feet! Super card - very well done! I'm sure she loved it - I know I would ;)
What a lovely card Char. And I agree sometimes you don't want to go with the typical! How you remember where you got things is beyond me. I have stuff from 8 or 9 years ago and well my memory stinks for stuff like that. LOL You did a great job.
This is so stunning, love the colors and so nice to move away from tradition !! You go girl !!!
