Hey all...so Father's Day is coming up and Digistamps4Joy has a great challenge to get those juices flowing for making a guy card. It's called
Boys, Boys, Boys! The idea is to make a card for a guy...any kind of card as long as it's for a guy. Seemed like the perfect excuse to get working on my dad's Father's Day card.
So I went with an image that I've used once before...but it just seemed perfect for a Father's Day card. It's the
Mark Twain image from
Nicecrane Designs. I just love this image...I'm totally into scenary and so is my dad. I'm hoping that the flowers and pearls don't make it look too girly...but I just love the look of it with them lol. The fold that I went with is called a Funky Fold and you can find the tutorial for it
here.
The challenge is still running for another 4 days, so what are you waiting for...get over there and check it out. The winner of the DT Choice award (must be a Digistamps4Joy image) will receive a $6 gift voucher for in the store. There will also be 2 runners up that the DT feels deserve a spot in the top 3. So what are you waiting for...head on over and check out the challenge...and while you're there, have a look in their
store...you won't be disappointed! They have something for all your cardmaking needs!
